Steinzeug-Keramo introduces SAP - article master data changes

Dear customers,

As we move from 2020 into 2021, we are changing our entire inventory management system over to SAP. Preparations are almost complete and our products have now all been uploaded to SAP.

The article master data list is currently being prepared to make it understandable for our customers and to allow it to be integrated easily into your systems. We will send this to you soon.

You therefore still have a few weeks' lead time to incorporate the necessary changes into your systems.

• To ensure you receive your ordered products before Christmas, please place your order by 18 December 2020. Final shipments will be completed by 22 December 2020 with the old article numbers.  
• Orders received after 18 December 2020 will be completed in January with the new article master data. We appreciate your understanding that this system change means it will only be possible to make deliveries again starting from 12 January 2021.

This approach will allow you to make a clear division in your orders.
