DURA.Port is a modular system for the refurbishment of existing manholes – designed for fast and trenchless rehabilitation. Made from highly durable polymer concrete, the prefabricated elements are installed through standard openings (DN 600) and securely bonded in place.

Advanced Material Performance

DURA.Port elements are made of polymer concrete, combining high mechanical strength with minimal water absorption and exceptional resistance to aggressive media (pH 2 to pH 12). Their smooth, nearly pore-free surfaces minimize deposits and are easy to clean.

System components

1. invert elements (channels)

The existing invert channel can be renovated using DURA.Port invert elements, which ensure excellent wear resistance at the base.

The smooth surface prevents deposits, cracks, and blockages, while also improving the hydraulic performance. The element can be easily inserted through the manhole opening.

2. berm plates (footing surfaces)

DURA.Port berm plates provide protection for the existing benching. On one hand, they create a stable foundation for building up the shaft rings. On the other, the elements are produced with a built-in slope, which prevents deposits and ensures that no standing water remains on the berm surface.

3. segment rings (liners)

DURA.Port segement rings ensure that the entire manhole structure is protected against H₂S corrosion.

The elements can be easily stacked, allowing for quick and efficient installation.

Connections can be provided either pre-fabricated or drilled on-site, offering maximum flexibility during renovation.

4. cone or cover slab elements

If a cone is required, a special four-part element for the lining can be provided.

Like the other components of the system, this part is also installed through the manhole opening.

To facilitate attachment to the existing manhole, we can pre-install recessed drilled holes in the elements at the factory—just ask for our expert advice!

Installation is carried out using high-performance adhesives and backfill mortar. All parts can be adjusted on-site to match existing geometries.
