  • Coordinating and leading pricing optimization projects as set forth by Steinzeug-Keramo pricing vision and policy, within European countries
  • Ensuring rollout and implementation of pricing standards, methodologies & practices within aligned Steinzeug-Keramo Group pricing roadmap for Europe (GE, BE, FR, ES, PO, IT, PL, CR, SK, HU, HR, SLO, RO and BG)
  • Supporting, coaching and training of local sales management in implementation of pricing excellence initiatives and tools
  • Ensuring pricing strategies alignment with defined market and sales strategies in the countries
  • Acting as Qlik Sense + BI Key User: Setting up relevant performance metrics and reporting capabilities for pricing related activities as specified by group pricing vision and policy
  • Working with other regional pricing leaders and Commercial Excellence Team to further shape and carry out the group pricing vision and implement pricing policy

Your profile

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or equivalent studies
  • At least 4 years of experience in Strategic consulting or Sales Controlling, Pricing management preferred
  • Strong skills in People management, Change management and Project management
  • International experience and appreciation of working with multicultural teams in a cross-border matrix organization, experience in the Building industry is an advantage   
  • IT affinity and knowledge:
  • Expertise in Excel (Access, SQL, VBA is a plus)
  • Experience with BI/BO software (SAP BI/BO & Qlik Sense environment is a plus)
  • Experience with ERP & CRM systems (SAP environment is a plus)
  • Leadership skills: driving change & building trust
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and German; additional language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently, esp. for project rollouts
